Data collection

Currently information system Dialog uses eight methods of gaining data about processes and preformance of production. The most frequent method of monitoring is gaining information about real time of working operations.

Data collection can also be done with the use of managed weighing system, when a scale receives a list of materials to be weighed including their weight and tolerance. Then a worker responsible for weighing ingredients is led by an application which defines ingredient order, amount, tolerance and checks if the mixtures are weighted correctly.

When dispatching a “birth certificate” of a product can be generated. It is often required for special productions. The work process on assembly lines or sewing lines is followed by an application server, which records registration scanners of a worker and performing operation on a given part. System gains data about parts, their processed number for a specific operation and about a user who performs the  given operations.
